Pan launched the American Classic Bakeware line of baking pans as more affordable entry to quality baking tools. It is lighter weight than the original loaf pan, but is nonetheless very sturdy and has same excellent baking characteristics.

These are wonderful, high quality bread pans that are a joy to use. Their extraordinary construction quality, baking properties and features set it apart from other sheet pans on the market.The corrugated, or fluted, design maximizes pan strength and prevents warping, denting, and other effects of everyday use. Corrugation also minimizes surface contact with baked goods which translates into an evenly baked product that is easily released. When coupled with the clear silicone coating, there is no need for oil or grease as sticking is a non-issue.The small and medium pans are the most common bread pan size and most suitable for banana breads, pound cake and other batter breads. The large size is best (in our opinion) for sandwich bread.
