This pan allows you to produce four loaves of your signature dinner breads or seasonal items to sell or serve quickly while still maintaining the quality of your cooking. Crafted from 26 gauge aluminized steel, this pan is hot-dipped in an aluminum-silicon alloy, offering added durability and superior heat transfer, while its folded construction and a band located over the wire in the rim will help prevent warping and maintain the pan's shape after repeated use. It also resists corrosion and is nonreactive to food, making it sturdy and long-lasting.
Each pan comes complete with Glazed or Telfon Coating. This glaze is the industry's leading silicone coating technology . Using breakthrough silicone resins to achieve unparalleled results, the coating is specifically formulated for bakeware applications and is suitable for contact with food. The glaze features longer-lasting performance, having up to a 30% longer release life than competing glazes. It also reduces the need for oil usage up to 50%, is PFOA free, and helps reduce staining. You will spend less time cleaning and more time cooking, cutting down on both labor and overall costs!
