Bake beautiful and delicious bread with this Bourgeat 331071 Exopan steel 5 1/2" x 2 7/8" x 2 3/4" non-stick bread loaf pan. This pan is made of quality Exopan fine steel. The pan's interior has a non-stick coating for easy removal of your baked goods and an even easier cleanup. This gives you the freedom to bake without worrying about crusts sticking to the pan or breaking during depanning. Protective enamel on the exterior of the pan ensures this product is a lasting addition to your kitchen. This pan's rolled-edge design with copper wire surrounding provides ultimate heat distribution for an evenly-baked loaf every time.
This pan combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the conveniences of non-stick. To clean, simply wipe the pan clean inside and out. Exopan steel should not be exposed to humidity. It is temperature resistant from -20 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
