This aluminized steel pan is perfect for baking everything from delicious cookies and muffin tops to special-made hamburger buns! This ePAN bun pan is manufactured from high tensile strength 26 gauge aluminized steel - producing a pan that is thinner and lighter, but substantially stronger than traditional pans. It also resists corrosion and is nonreactive to food, making it more than able to stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use. ePAN bun pans are also safer for employees to handle, last longer than traditional pans and can reduce energy consumption in your baking operation. The wire located in the rim also helps prevent warping and maintain the pan's shape after repeated use.
Each pan comes complete with AMERICOAT® ePlus. This glaze is the industry's leading silicone coating technology and is used on all glazed pans. Using breakthrough silicone resins to achieve unparalleled results, AMERICOAT® ePlus is specifically formulated for bakeware applications and is suitable for contact with food. The glaze features longer-lasting performance, having up to a 30% longer release life than competing glazes. It also reduces the need for oil usage up to 50%, is PFOA free, and helps reduce staining. You will spend less time cleaning and more time cooking, cutting down on both labor and overall costs!
